COST and donating

Our heart is to always keep cost as affordable as possible for registrants at ROAR Revival Camp. The cost per registrant listed WILL NOT cover all the operational expenses for camp. We believe by faith that God will provide, not only for the operational expenses for the camp, but also for every heart in attendance this year. If your heart is led towards giving to the revival camp through the Mya Baez Scholarship Fund please donate here. Please do not use this link to send funds to specific registrants. Instead, please send those funds directly to those individuals.


ATTENDEES: Registration Deadline—JUNE 15

  • $349—EARLY BIRD UNTIL 3/31

  • $399—REGULAR RATE STARTS 4/1

LEADERS: Registration Deadline—MAY 21

  • $235—EARLY BIRD UNTIL 3/31

  • $260—REGULAR RATE STARTS 4/1




Two options of payment:

1. PAY IN FULL—offered between now and June 15, 2017, (May 21 for leaders). 
NOTE: Attendees save $50 if registered by March 31. Leaders save $30 if registered by March 31.

2. PAYMENT PLAN—offered between now and May 21, 2017.
Registrants pay a non-refundable DEPOSIT of $99 at the completion of registration. The remaining balance will be automatically (evenly split) and processed at designated dates. The earlier registration is processed the more opportunity there will be to spread out the payments.
NOTE: Attendees save $50 if registered by March 31. Leaders save $30 if registered by March 31.

DESIGNATED INSTALLMENT DATES:

  • Sunday, March 26, 2017
  • Sunday, April 23, 2017
  • Sunday, May 21, 2017
  • Thursday, June 15, 2017
  • Sunday, July 16, 2017

No registrations will be taken after Sunday June 15, 2017. You must register online. No paper registrations will be taken this year. We will not be accepting check or cash due to limited resources with staffing. 


REFUNDS:

PARTIAL REFUNDS UNTIL MAY 21: We can refund up to $120 per registration if you request for a refund by May 21st. 

NO REFUNDS STARTING MAY 22. If your cancellation is received after May 21st, based on retreat expenses, such as vendor contracts, we are still required to pay for your lodging and food, so we are unable to give refunds May 22nd and on. Thank you for your understanding.
